Refund Policy for In-Person Activities

WITH Refund Protection: Ball Out offers Refund Protection for $10.00 per person, per activity/event. This fee is due at the time of registration and cannot be purchased later. Refund Protection entitles you to a full refund of your registration if you cancel for any reason at least 1 week prior to the start date of the activity/event. If you purchase Refund Protection and cancel less than 1 week prior to the activity/event start date, you will receive a credit that can go towards a future offering from Ball Out. This credit must be used within 6 months.

Please note that the $10.00 Refund Protection fee itself is always non-refundable.

WITHOUT Refund Protection: If Refund Protection was not purchased at the time of registration, partial refunds will still be granted if you cancel for any reason at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of the activity/event. Any registrations cancelled less than 2 weeks from the start date of the activity/event are not eligible for any type of refund or credit.

Please note that the partial refund will be the registration fee less a $25 administrative fee + a 5% card processing and handling fee.

Please also note that some activities/events have a registration fee that is less than $25. Although rare, this includes some clinics and some training sessions. The partial refund for these activities/events is the registration fee less a $10 administrative fee + a 5% card processing and handling fee.

All cancellations must be communicated IN WRITING.

Refund Policy for Digital Products/Services

Digital items aren't eligible for returns, exchanges, nor credits because of the nature of these items.

Proration Policy

Ball Out does not pro-rate prices.

Late Fee Policy

Register on time! A $10 late fee will be added to all camps, clinics, and training sessions if participants request to register after the deadline.

Parent/Guardian Consent

By registering a participant for an activity/event, you are certifying that you are the parent and/or guardian of the named participant/player. You are also acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to all of our Terms & Conditions.

Release of Liability

In consideration for the minor participant named (“Participant”) to attend and participate in Ball Out camps, clinics, and trainings and/or participate along with Ball Out digital products/services such as pre-recorded drills, on-demand courses, and virtual trainings I have registered such Participant for (the “Activity/Event”), which will include without limitation his/her participation in activities which involve athletic activities and/or recreational equipment (each an “Activity” and collectively, “Activities”), at the location designated by Ball Out for such Activity/Event (the “Location”), the undersigned, on behalf of myself, and in my capacity as the parent or legal guardian of the named Participant (collectively hereinafter referred to as “I”, “me” or “my”), hereby agree as follows:

1. I warrant that I am fully aware of the inherent risks of Participant participating in the Activities and hereby release, waive and discharge Ball Out, Activity/Event sponsor(s), the designated Location, and each of their respective affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, contractors, volunteers and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability to Participant, to me, and to our respective conservators, guardians or other legal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin for any and all claims, causes of action, demands, losses or damages on account of any injury, death, or damaged property, relating to or arising out of Participant’s attendance and/or participation in Activities at the Location, including without limitation, claims arising out of or related to the construction, use, maintenance or operation of the Location or equipment provided for use during any Activity, or damages caused, or alleged to be caused, in whole or in part by the negligence of the Released Parties.

2. I understand that Participant’s participation in the Activity/Event and any Activity at the Location is done on a purely voluntary basis and such participation, including use of any equipment, can, in some cases, cause injuries, including potentially severe injuries, and severe social and economic losses. I am familiar with the potential risks involved in the Activities or will ensure that Participant becomes familiar with the potential risks involved in the Activity/Event prior to participating in such Activities.

3. I expressly assume all risk of injury (including, without limitation, permanent disability and death) relating to, or arising out of, Participant’s participation in the Activity/Event Activities and use of any equipment, whether provided by a Released Party or otherwise, howsoever caused or arising and whether by negligence or otherwise, and accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury, permanent disability or death. I also hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim or demand on account of injury or damage that another participant may suffer as a result of my participation in the Activity/Event.

4. I acknowledge that the opportunity is available for inspection of the equipment and facilities at the Location prior to Participant’s participation in the Activity/Event, and either have done so or will do so, and I hereby waive any claim I may have with respect to the use, design or operation of the equipment or facilities that may be used as part of the Activity/Event Activities at such Location.

5. I grant full permission to the Released Parties to use, without further notification, authorization or compensation to me or anyone on my behalf, my name and likeness, as well as any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or other record of the Activity/Event (or any excerpt thereof) in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter to become known, worldwide and in perpetuity, and I represent and warrant that no further permission is required for the Released Parties to use any record of the Activity/Event as provided herein. I acknowledge that any photograph, videotape, recording or other record that I take or create at the Location shall be the property of Ball Out, Ball Out International LLC, and The Ball Out Foundation, as applicable.

6. The numbered paragraphs of this Release and Waiver are severable.

7. Medical Consent and Release: In case of an emergency, if I cannot be reached at the phone number provided below, authorization and consent is hereby given for all medical, surgical, diagnostic and/or hospital procedures as may be deemed necessary to be performed or presented by a physician or other medical personnel for Participant’s care, and I hereby agree to assume all financial responsibility for all expenses associated with such care.

By signing below I hereby represent and warrant that: (i) I have read and fully understand the above agreement; (ii) all the facts in this document are true; (iii) I have full authority to execute this agreement on behalf of myself and on behalf of Participant, and do so with full knowledge of the facts and circumstances surrounding the Activity/Event and the rights that I am granting herein; and (iv) I hereby sign this agreement voluntarily.

Consent for Medical Treatment and Release

In case of an emergency at an in-person activity/event, if I cannot be reached at the phone number provided during registration, authorization and consent is hereby given for all medical, surgical, diagnostic and/or hospital procedures as may be deemed necessary to be performed or presented by a physician or other medical personnel for participant’s care, and I hereby agree to assume all financial responsibility for all expenses associated with such care.

Photo/Video Consent

I understand that photos & videos may be taken at in-person activities/events, and hereby authorize Ball Out, its coaches, staff, and volunteers to publish any photographs or videos taken of any participating minor children for use in on the organization's website, social media accounts, or those of the coaches and staff, as well as on marketing materials including printed publications, flyers, brochures, etc. I release Ball Out and its staff or volunteers from any expectation of confidentiality for the participating minor children, and attest that I am the guardian and/or responsible party for the minor participant and that I have the authority to authorize Ball Out to use their photographs/videos. I acknowledge that since participation in publications and websites, etc. produced by Ball Out, the coaches and staff, is voluntary, neither the participating minor children nor myself I will receive financial compensation. I further agree that participation in any publication and website, etc. confers no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release Ball Out, its volunteers, contractors and its staff from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation or the participation of the undersigned minors.

Health and Accident Insurance

Ball Out does not provide health and/or accident insurance to participants.
